Kiko Metal Fusion 04 Platinum Rain

Today I am showing you another brand new release by Kiko Cosmetics for Summer 2019. It's Kiko Metal Fusion 04 Platinum Rain nail polish.

Metal Fusion is a mini collection in 4 colours, all with a metallic finish.

Kiko describes it this way:
"Ideal for: enhancing the nails with a dazzling manicure.
It’s special because:
- the formula contains a high concentration of pigments and pearls, which reflect the light and create an en-vogue liquid-metal effect;
- it’s easy to apply thanks to the rounded long-bristle brush that perfectly adapts to the shape of the nail;
- each shade has been precisely calibrated to optimize application, coverage and shade performance."

Kiko Metal Fusion 04 Platinum Rain is a silver nail polish with a foil finish. It's super bright in any lighting condition and I think it would look great with a tan or on darker skin tones. It does indeed reflect the light and has a liquid metal effect. Easy to apply? Yes. Coverage? Hmm. You need two thick coats to have a perfect coverage but it dries so slow you want to avoid that. You'd better paint three thinner coats instead.

Yes, drying time again. This is even slower than Kiko Power Pro no. 106 Lavender Field. It looks like this is the weakness of all these new nail polishes. It's such a shame because I think they are great otherwise.
