Hi everyone!
Today I listened to the first Christmas song of the year on the radio so I guess it’s official! Christmas time is just behind the door.
As I promised I will try to post as many seasonal manis as I can and to get some inspiration I will join here and there different challenges.
Today’s theme comes from the 12 Days of Christmas challenge over at Challenge Your Nail Art group on Facebook hosted by Jessica from Be Happy and Buy Polish. You can learn more about this challenge visiting her blog (linked).
We have Snow Day! I started with a base of Sinful Colors Cinderella and used some pretty White Snowflakes Water Decals* from BornPrettyStore on top. That easy.

Oggi per radio ho sentito la prima canzone di Natale dell’anno. Ora è ufficiale, le feste sono dietro l’angolo!
Come promesso cercherò di fare più nail art festive possibili e prenderò ispirazione dalle tante challenge che sono state organizzate sui social.

Parto con uno Snow Day, per fortuna solo sulle unghie! Ho steso una base di Sinful Colors Cinderella e applicato dei Water Decals* a forma di fiocchi di neve di BornPrettyStore. Detto fatto.
Sinful Colors Cinderella is really sheer but I think it’s a pretty base for a snowflakes mani. I probably should have added some extra glitters though, I think this mani lacks some sparkle!

Il Sinful Colors Cinderella è davvero poco coprente ma mi è sembrata una buona base per una nail art a tema fiocchi di neve. Probabilmente avrei dovuto aggiungere dei glitter però, mi sembra che questa manicure manchi di sbrilluccichio!
Spero che vi sia piaciuta la mia prima nail art invernale e vediamo cos’hanno combinato le altre blogger!

ReplyDeletemi piace come base per i fiocchi! Probabilmente sì, un po' di glitter non avrebbero guastato (magari giusto un layerino finale sopra a tutto) ma anche senza a me piace! :)
Ho dato un'occhiata alla challenge e ho visto che ha ritmi serratissimi, in due giorni a cambiare tutto e sfornare nail art continue non riesco proprio, se no mi sarebbe piaciuto partecipare :) ammirerò le vostre! :) bacioni x

DeleteCinderella è carina insieme ai fiocchetti di neve, avevo fatto anche io la stessa nail art lo scorso anno. ^^ Purtroppo necessita di almeno 3 passate sottili, ma a quel punto i microglitter risaltano meglio perchè la base celeste si mostra "più prepotentemente" con una passata in più. ;)

ReplyDeleteMi è proprio piaciuta questa nail art, dal momento che l'ho vista su FB! Non mi dispiace per nulla l'effetto un po' sheer dello smalto sotto, rende il tutto molto più soft e ovattato come le giornate di neve :)

DeleteOttima idea per usare il Cinderella, a me questa versione con i decals (anche senza luccichii) piace molto!! Mi sarebbe piaciuto partecipare a qualche challenge (non impegnativa), ma il tempo scarseggia e mi sa che se ne parla il prossimo anno, nel frattempo mi godrò le vostre manicure a tema!
