China Glaze Rodeo Fanatic

Hi ladies! Only a few days left until Christmas and I am officially on holiday! No festive mani for you though, at least not yet! I have something easy in my mind to create tomorrow and I hope it won’t be a complete fail. We’ll see! Anyway, today’s polish is not Christmas related but it is a polish I totally fell in love with as soon as I got the bottle! So amazing! China Glaze Rodeo Fanatic is a very deep dark teal. It actually shows a purple duochrome that sadly does not translate to the nail but it still gives the colour a very special depth. I read a lot of reviews before buying it and some of them just say it is a shimmery blue. Honestly, I don’t see Rodeo Fanatic as a blue, but as I said above, to me it is a dark teal. The formula on this one was awesome despite it being quite old since it was released in 2008 I think. I believe this was the second China Glaze I’ve ever swatched, I have more but never end up wearing them for some reason. I should actually paint more with this brand because I know it’s great! Both formula and colours! But let’s do the pics do the talking, these are base coat + two coats + top coat (if you paint it carefully Rodeo Fanatic is a one coater btw).

Buonasera a tutte! Ormai è Natale e io sono ufficialmente in ferie! Ma niente manicure natalizia, almeno non ancora. Ho qualcosa di molto semplice in mente per domani e speriamo che non sia un completo fallimento. Lo smalto di oggi non è natalizio in alcun modo ma è uno smalto di cui mi sono innamorata al primo sguardo non appena ho ricevuto la boccetta. Meraviglioso! China Glaze Rodeo Fanatic è un teal scuro e molto intenso. Dalla boccetta si vede anche un riflesso viola che purtroppo sulle unghie non esce, ma secondo me aiuta nel dare al colore una profondità speciale. Ho visto molte blogger swatchare questo colore e ho notato che in parte viene dato solo per blu shimmer. Sinceramente, io non lo vedo come un semplice blu ma come ho detto per me è più un teal scuro. La formula è molto buona nonostante sia uno smalto datato se non erro 2008. E’ il secondo China Glaze che swatcho, ne ho altri ma per qualche misteriosa ragione non li scelgo mai. Invece dovrei usarli molto di più perchè è una marca che davvero merita, sia per formula che per qualità che per i colori! Ma facciamo parlare le fotografie! Tutte sono base + 2 mani + top. Se state attente cmq basta solo una mano.
