May hauls – i bottini di maggio!

Oggi ho deciso di farvi vedere tutti gli acquisti di maggio tutti assieme, perchè sono già indietrissimo!

Today I decided to show you all my May hauls since I am so behind showing you swatches and shopping!

Prima di tutto un po’ di shopping di persona, sono passata prima da Kiko e poi da Oviesse, e questo è il bottino.

First of all I went shopping personally in two Italian stores that sell Kiko (mono-brand Italian cosmetic shops) and Essence. This was my haul:

Ah! E il correttore Essence che non so usare. And the Essence corrector pen that I don’t know how to use.

 

Visti più da vicino, 325 Grigio Verde, 348 Verde Mimetico. Sembrano simili ma vi assicuro che non lo sono.

Seen closer, 325 Green-Gray, 348 Camouflage Green. They look similar but in real they aren’t.

Essence Express Dry Drops

Le ho provate ma onestamente non vi so dire se funzionano o no, non sono riuscita a capirlo!

I tried them but honestly I wouldn’t know if they work or not, I really couldn’t understand it.

 

Essence Better Than Gel Nails Top and Base Coat

Dunque, premetto che questo è stato uno sbaglio. Siccome avevo sentito parlare bene del top e non lo trovavo mai, il giorno che l’ho finalmente trovato ho deciso di prendere due, uno da tenere di backup. E invece mi sono sbagliata e una delle due boccette è la base. Amen, la userò quando finisco quella di adesso (che è la Essence classica, quella nella boccetta bianca).

First of all I have to admit that this was a mistake. Since I’ve heard good reviews about the top coat and I couldn’t seem to find it, the day I finally found it I decided to get two, one to use as a backup. But when I got home I realised one of the bottles is a base coat. I’ll use it when the one I’m using now is empty (which is the classic Essence in the white bottle, BTW).

 

Essence 66 Most Wanted

Mi ricordavo di averne visto milioni di swatches e quindi un po’ influenzata l’ho preso anche io. Devo dire che non l’ho ancora provato ma ho paura che sarà troppo scuro per i miei gusti.

I’ve seen billions swatches of this one so I bought it, too. I must say I haven’t tried it yet but I’m afraid it will be too dark for my taste.

Qualche giorno più tardi sono stata alla Coin, sempre in cerca dell’Essence Yellow Mellow, o del Catrice che più o meno è uguale ma di cui non ricordo il nome. Ma ancora nulla! Tutti gli smalti gialli di qualsiasi marca sembrano esauriti! Poi in un angolino ho visto l’ultimo giallo rimasto! Un Deborah Pret-A-Porter nella colorazione 21 - Yellow Fiz. E siccome non riesco a uscire solo con un pezzo singolo ho preso anche il Catrice 320 Back to Black, che spero non sia uguale all’Essence 62-Must Have che ho già. E già che c’ero mi sono finalmente comprata la lima 4-in-1. Il prossimo passo sarà la lima di vetro di cui ho letto così bene.

Some days after my first haul I went to Coin, an Italian store that brings both Catrice and Essence, because I was looking for the Essence Yellow Mellow, or the Catrice one which is very similar to it which I can’t remember the name of. But still no sign of either of them. All yellow polishes of all brands seems to be sold out! Then I saw a last yellow bottle left, a Deborah Pret-A-Porter in the colour 21-Yellow Fiz. And since I can’t really go out with only one piece I also bought the Catrice 320 Back To Black. I hope it’s not a same dupe of Essence 62 Must Have which I already own. And then I finally bought a 4-in-1 file. Next step is a glass file which I’ve heard only good about.

E il mio ultimo bottino di maggio! Un ordine online con alcuni pezzi forti che volevo da quando li ho visti swatchati la prima volta!

And this is my last hauls of May! An online order with some pieces I really wanted since the first time I saw their swatches!

I miei primi China Glaze! Da sinistra a destra: Sea Spray, Below Deck, Something Sweet. I primi due sono della nuova collezione Anchors Away. L’avrei presa tutta quella, è talmente bella, non ce n’è uno che non mi piace!

Sempre i China Glaze, assieme al meraviglioso Color Club Masquerading, che ho fatto una fatica che non vi racconto a trovare! Ed è anche il mio primo Color Club.

Again the same China Glaze, together with the amazing Color Club Masquerading. I won’t tell you how difficult it was for me to find that polish! It’s also my first Color Club btw.

E infine eccoli tutti quanti assieme, col pezzo forte finale: il famosissimo Seche Vite Fast Try Top Coat. Ne avevo sentito meraviglie e sapete cosa vi dico? E’ tutto vero!!! Sono completamente, follemente, irrimediabilmente innamorata di questo top coat.

And finally here they are all together with the master piece: the most famous Seche Vite Fast Try Top Coat. I’ve heard wonders about it and guess what? Everything is true! I’m completely, crazily and helplessly in love with this top coat!

 E finalmente ho finito con le compere di maggio! Nei prossimi giorni vi farò vedere altri swatches e nuovi acquisti!
