Sinful Colors Ruby Glisten

Today I am showing you a nail polish that made me think of Christmas (and of some Zoya’s, too!). Meet Sinful Colors Ruby Glisten, a raspberry jelly packed with glitters. Being a jelly it’s quite sheer and you need 3 coats to have a smooth colour. Ruby Glisten dries gritty because of the glitters so you need a good thick top coat to smooth the nail surface and bring out those glitters. I used Catrice Ultra Stay & Gel Shine.

Oggi vi mostro uno smalto che fa tanto Natale, mi rendo conto! Lui è Sinful Colors Ruby Glisten, un jelly color lampone pieno di glitter. Trattandosi di finish jelly il colore è poco coprente, e ci vogliono tre passate per avere un aspetto omogeneo. Questo smalto asciuga ruvido per la quantità di glitter che contiene, e ci vuole un top coat corposo per levigare la superficie e dare risalto e profondità ai glitter stessi. Io ho usato il Catrice Ultra Stay & Gel Shine.

You can probably notice my ring and pinkie are slightly lighter than the other 2 nails. That’s probably because I painted thicker coats on my index and middle and it kinda shows. Despite that I think Sinful Colors Ruby Glisten is really gorgeous. I mean, look at that depth! The only real flaw I experienced is that it chipped after a day and that was pretty annoying.

Come potete notare l’anulare e il mignolo sembrano più chiari. Probabilmente ho fatto passate più spesse su indice e medio e si vede. Nonostante questa sottigliezza penso che Sinful Colors Ruby Glisten sia davvero bellissimo. Guardate che profondità! L’unico difetto che gli ho trovato è che su di me ha iniziato a scheggiarsi dopo un giorno.
