Winter Nail Art Challenge: Christmas Lights

Hi everyone!

Today’s post is the first one of hopefully more ;) I decided to join Helena’s (aka Lacky Corner) Winter nail art challenge and I’ll do my best to do as many entries as I can.

First theme is Christmas lights. This is my take! Sorry for the poor lighting, again I have big issues with light never been enough for my lightbox :(

Il post di oggi è il primo di una serie più ampia, spero :D Ho deciso di aggregarmi ad Helena del blog Lacky Corner e alla sua Winter nail art challenge e cercherò di fare più nail art possibili :)

Il primo tema è Luci di Natale, e questa la mia interpretazione. Mi dispiace ancora una volta per la luce pessima, ma continuo a litigare con le lampadine che non bastano mai :(

This is the only pic I could shot in natural light and you can see my work in progress for this nail art. I think it’s almost better than the finished look because the above one is too crowded with rhinestones.
Questa è l’unica foto fatta sotto la luce naturale e qua potete vedere come è iniziata la nail art. E probabilmente è anche più bella del risultato finale, troppo pieno di strass.

    Mi piace molto il tema che avete scelto, ma vogliamo parlare di come l'hai interpretato tu? *_* Meno letterale ma sicuramente riuscito benissimo! Mi piace molto anche solo con gli strass sulla accent :)

    Mi piace il risultato finale, non mi sembra troppo pieno di strass :-) sono soltanto le luci di Natale così come dovrebbero essere: colorate, festose e allegre! :-)

    This is so awesome, loved that you used a string to create the "cable" XD A hard part about nail art is to stop at the correct time, some time I feel that my nail art's end up too crowded with stuff, but I'm trying to work at it. However I like both your pre-shot and the end result! :D

      Thank you Vic! The rhinestones used as light bulbs are sure not original, but I always see them on light backgrounds, I wanted to change that at least!

      It takes some patience with the rhinestones but otherwise it was easy, you should give it a try!
