Discontinued day: Essence Date With The Night

Hi everyone!

We are back with our usual monthly installment with polishes that were discontinued a while ago, the ones that you can probably find in blog/private sales at this point.

My pick today is Essence Colour & Go Date With The Night. You can probably recognise it as one of my choices to describe the metallic finish during the finishpedia series. That’s what is is: a brown metallic polish. And it’s a really pretty one, too, but you have to pay some extra attention while painting it to avoid brushstrokes. The larger the nail the more difficult it is!

E’ di nuovo il momento del nostro appuntamento mensile con i prodotti che non si trovano più sugli scaffali, ma che potete magari trovare in qualche blog sale.

La mia scelta di oggi è l’Essence Colour & Go Date With The Night, che forse vi sembrerà familiare. E’ infatti uno degli smalti che ho usato come esempio per descrivere il finish metallico per la finishpedia. E questo è quello che è: un marrone metallico. E anche parecchio carino! Però ha bisogno di qualche attenzione extra per evitare che le pennellate si vedano troppo. Più l’unghia è larga più è difficile nasconderle.

Anyway, there’s not much more to say about it. I hope you liked my swatches :)

Nella seconda foto (all’ombra) sembra quasi un marrone perlato. So che non dovrei dirlo mentre scrivo una guida ai finish degli smalti :D Ops!

Cmq non c’è altro da dire a riguardo, spero che vi piacciano i miei swatches!
